What currency are your products listed in? All products are displayed in Canadian prices (CAD).

How long does it take to process/ship an order? All orders will be shipped within 5-8 business days, unless otherwise indicated.

How long does it take to get my order once it’s been shipped? Within Canada, delivery time can vary anywhere from 2-8 business days.

Orders outside of Canada can experience shipping times from anywhere between 8-15 days.

*Shipping options to the United States: the first shipping option is untracked and you will not be provided tracking. The second option does come with tracking as shown in the name.

How can I track my order? If you have chosen shipping with tracking, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Do you offer local pickup? Yes we offer free contactless pickup in Mississauga. Once you select that option at checkout please email shop@havenandco.ca to schedule your pickup date and time. 

I accidentally put in wrong information at checkout, what should I do? Please reach out to us immediately at shop@havenandco.ca, with your order number, so we can correct the mistake. If delivery is unsuccessful because of this, additional shipping charges may apply.

How can I qualify for free shipping? Expedited free shipping is available in Ontario for all orders over $50 CAD and Canada wide on orders over $100 CAD.

Do you offer returns or exchanges? Yes, please email shop@havenandco.ca with your order number to initiate a return or exchange within two weeks of receiving your package. The item must be brand new and unused in original packaging. Earrings and hair accessories are final sale.
